New for fall is a food line from Longaberger including the White Chocolate Amaretto Dip Mix. It would be perfect served in the new Small Oval Casserole on sale in September. Anyway, here's the dip recipe
White Chocolate Amaretto Dip
1 package White Chocolate Amaretto Dip mix
1 brick cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
2 T butter, softened
1 8oz container of Cool Whip
In bowl combine dip mix, butter and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Top with sliced almonds. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, animal crackers or shortbread cookies.
