White Chocolate Amaretto Dip

New for fall is a food line from Longaberger including the White Chocolate Amaretto Dip Mix. It would be perfect served in the new Small Oval Casserole on sale in September. Anyway, here's the dip recipe

White Chocolate Amaretto Dip

1 package White Chocolate Amaretto Dip mix
1 brick cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
2 T butter, softened
1 8oz container of Cool Whip

In bowl combine dip mix, butter and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Top with sliced almonds. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, animal crackers or shortbread cookies.

Back From the Bee!

Hi everyone! Welcome to my Longaberger blog. Bear with me as I try to learn the ins and outs of blogging since this is my first time. Just got back from the Bee and thought I would share one of my favorite pictures. I like to call him Metro Snowman...he's made entirely of the new Longaberger Metropolitan Baskets that will be available starting September 1. Plus, check out the new wall art in the background.
